The meeting room is crowded.  The Mayor is on the dais and speaking  . . . . . . . .
A guy comes up on the podium and hits Miami Beach mayor Harold Rosen in the face with a pie. Splat ! ! !
You could still hear the splat, when the mayor decked him with a reflex, right fist, to the jaw. 
Never heard of anyone trying that on Harold again.
